They did a great job negotiating for their buyer and making sure their client was taken care of throughout the entire process. You could tell they were always thinking a step ahead and had their buyer’s best interest in mind.

They do a good job of being the communication point between land lord and Tennant, and they always make sure to hold an escrow account from the land lord so the Tennant can get work fixed even if the land lord is MIA.  Special shout out to David Mertens for being my account manager for so many years!
